Our permission-based email databases are checked against your file. The email address supplied will belong to the contact in your database, not just any random employee of their business. Additionally, we provide a domain pattern matching technique to improve your results even more. The email domain for the business mentioned in your input file will be the first thing our application determines. The computer will then determine that company’s email naming convention (e.g., firstname.lastname@ or firstname@) by consulting reference databases. The email address of your business client is output when the naming convention has been decided.

Your business clients receive a welcome email after all data processing is finished. This email gives them an opportunity to opt out and introduces them to your online communications.

The improved file is given back to you once the entire software is finished. You’re now prepared to use multi-channel marketing techniques to improve your outcomes.
